Sashik School
Refund Policy
Effective July 9, 2026
We want organizations to pay only for a service that works for them. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Sashik School subscriptions.
1. Try before you pay
Every new workspace starts on a free trial with no card required, so you can evaluate the platform fully before subscribing.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your workspace’s billing settings (Admin → Settings → Manage billing). Cancelling stops future charges; the workspace keeps its paid plan until the end of the period already paid for, then moves off the paid plan. No partial-period refunds are given for time remaining after a cancellation, except as described below.
3. Refunds
- First subscription payment: full refund on request within 14 days of the charge, no questions asked.
- Renewal payments: refundable on request within 14 days of the charge if the workspace hasn’t been meaningfully used since the renewal (we check activity, not intentions).
- Billing errors (duplicate charges, charges after a completed cancellation) are refunded in full, whenever reported.
- Purchases of the in-app virtual currency do not exist — “sashiki” are earned in-app and are never bought, so they are never refundable for money.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@sashik.school from the workspace owner’s or admin’s address with the workspace name and the Paddle receipt (or order number). Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, and you can also raise a request directly through the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights you hold under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
